FAQ
What size bins do you provide? 27-gallon reusable plastic totes with lids - sturdy enough to stack and much more reliable than cardboard.
How many bins do I need? As a rough guide: 10 bins for a studio or partial move, 20 for a 1BR, 40 for a 2-3BR, and 60 for a larger house or family move. Not sure? Reach out and we'll help you figure out the right size.
What's included in the price? Delivery to your current address and pickup of the empty bins from your new place, both within 10 miles of Boston.
What if I need them longer than a week? No problem - extra weeks are available for a small additional fee. Just let us know when you book.
What if a bin is lost or damaged? A refundable deposit is required at booking. Lost or damaged bins/lids are deducted from the deposit at replacement cost.
How do I pay? We currently accept Venmo and Zelle. Payment details are sent after you submit a request.
What areas do you serve? Boston and surrounding areas within a 10-mile radius, including Cambridge, Medford, Newton, Quincy, and Waltham
Do you provide tape, bubble wrap, or packing supplies? Not currently - just the bins. BYO packing materials for now.
